Miami Campus to Open Enrollment on October 20th for January 2026 Cohorts

Albizu University, a private nonprofit institution globally recognized for its leadership in multicultural psychology and human services education, today announced the launch of four groundbreaking bachelor’s degree programs beginning January 2026. These new programs fuse Albizu’s six-decade legacy in human behavior with cutting-edge innovation designed to advance the future workforce in South Florida and beyond.

Fully aligned with evolving industry demands and workforce priorities, the programs can be completed in four years or less, with 120 credits required for graduation. Albizu students benefit from a high-touch support model including dedicated Student Success Coaches, tutoring, intercollegiate athletics, transferable career pipelines, and personalized job placement assistance.

“These are not just new degrees, they are strategic pathways that blend science, technology, and cultural intelligence to prepare students for emerging careers,” said Dr. Yianni Vassiliou, Chancellor of Albizu’s Miami Campus. “Our programs are human-centered, science-based, and forward-looking, an evolution of Albizu’s legacy and a reflection of where the workforce is heading.”

Developed in collaboration with employers, workforce agencies, and industry specialists, the new bachelor’s programs are:

B.S. in Sports Psychology, Technology, and Performance Optimization

A first-of-its-kind program integrating psychology, kinesiology, data science, and emerging sports technologies to prepare students to optimize the performance, wellness, and mental resilience of athletes and elite performers. Students will explore biometric wearables, AI-driven analytics, neuromechanics, and applied mental conditioning to serve pro sports, wellness innovation, esports, military performance, and high-stakes human optimization environments.

B.B.A. in Behavioral Business and Innovation Technologies

A next-generation business degree for future leaders at the intersection of human behavior, AI, digital innovation, and psychology-driven strategy. Students learn how to decode decision-making, lead human-centered innovation, leverage AI, cybersecurity, and advanced analytics to build businesses of the future. Offered on-campus with hands-on internships and venture-building capstones.

B.S. in Behavioral Intelligence and Analytics

An intelligence-driven degree preparing future analysts, investigators, and strategists in homeland security, cybersecurity, intelligence operations, criminal justice innovation, and public safety. Students master predictive analytics, behavioral threat assessment, intelligence modeling, and real-time decision systems. Includes mandatory capstone internship with immersive field experience.

B.S. in Language and Behavioral Disorders

An interdisciplinary gateway into rapidly growing careers in speech-language pathology (SLP), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and pediatric behavioral health. Students gain dual exposure to clinical communication sciences and behavioral intervention, preparing them for immediate careers or graduate school pathways in therapy, neurodevelopment, and cognitive science. Transfer-friendly, hands-on, and deeply mission-aligned.

Albizu University also continues to be the most affordable private nonprofit university in South Florida, offering flat-rate tuition for all students, unlike public institutions that charge significantly higher out-of-state rates.

“We’re committed to access and affordability,” added Dr. Vassiliou. “Albizu’s programs give students the opportunity to pursue a meaningful, future-focused education without financial barriers.
