Fellowships are available only to applicants enrolled in a graduate program with a GPA of 3.25 or above.
To maintain eligibility to receive the fellowship, applicants must continue to meet the academic requirements and demonstrate satisfactory academic progress as outlined in the Albizu University Academic Catalog.
All applicants must be eligible for financial aid and have completed a FAFSA for the academic year 2023-24.

HOW ARE FELLOWSHIPS SCORED?
A panel of three (3) faculty/staff review the fellowship essays (with no names) and grade it based on a rubric
The essays are 60% of your total score
Faculty recommendations are added and averaged
The recommendations are 35% of your total score
GPA is scored based on a rubric
GPA is 5% of your total score

How many times can I receive this fellowship?
This fellowship will be available until 2024. You can apply each year as long as you are enrolled and meet the eligibility criteria.
What are the stipulations of the fellowship?
To be considered you must submit the completed application with all required attachments. If you receive the fellowship, you must complete the entire Fall 2023 semester.
